The first time I ever met Brad and Alison, it was the most dreary and wet day in January. Thankfully, the weather cleared up for their engagement session and we were able to enjoy some gorgeous sunshine for their photos! Because they were traveling from out of state and only had one weekend to do their session, we could not have asked for more beautiful weather! Brad and Alison are so delightful to be around, and I had such a fun time getting to capture all of these sweet moments between them!

JC Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh has always been one of my favorite locations for taking photos, so I was so excited when Brad and Alison chose it as their engagement session location. Alison wore the most gorgeous sun dress (which was perfect for such a windy day!), and Brad complemented her perfectly. This session was such a treat for me because I got to witness Brad and Alison together, being themselves, and just having a fun time with one another! I love it when my couples aren’t afraid to just let loose in front of my camera and really show me their true colors! Brad brought all of the laughs to our session and Alison was all smiles! Seeing them together only made me more excited for their wedding in June! Brad and Alison, I’m so thankful that we crossed paths and I cannot express how grateful I am that you have asked me to capture such a special season of both of your lives! June can’t come soon enough!
