My time getting to know Alec and Laurel has been so incredibly wonderful and I am so honored that I was able to be the one to capture such a beautiful and special day for them! These two have such a sweet relationship, and they are both such kind, fun, and easy-going people. I first bonded with Laurel over our love for our labradors (she and Alec are parents to the cutest chocolate lab named Bailey, who I got to meet and photograph at their engagement session last year), and her bubbly personality and infectious laughter were just the icing on the cake! Together, she and Alec have the most fun-loving relationship, and their wedding day perfectly reflected that.

Alec and Laurel were married at the Highgrove Estate in Fuquay-Varina surrounded by all of their closest friends and family. Their day was every bit as sweet as they are: full of lots of laughter and some very beautiful and emotional moments. Laurel looked like an absolute princess in her wedding dress, and watching Alec as she came down the aisle towards him was one of my favorite moments of their day! They exchanged the sweetest vows, then danced the night away at one of the most fun receptions I’ve ever been a part of!

Alec and Laurel, thank you so much for allowing me to capture this beautiful new season of your lives! I wish you both all of the best as you begin this exciting journey as husband and wife and cannot wait to see what the future has in store for you! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Engel!
