I still remember the first time I talked with Carter over the phone about her wedding day, I knew I wanted to work with her and Justin! Her sweet and calming presence could be felt through the phone, and when I finally had the chance to meet her and Justin in person for their engagement session, I was immediately drawn to their genuine and down-to-earth personalities! These two have such a sweet love for one another, and it was a joy getting to capture that!

For their engagement session, we started off at the beautiful historic Old Salem in Winston-Salem, then ended the evening at the brewery where they first met. Justin and Carter told me all about their wedding plans, shared stories about themselves and their relationship, all while creating some incredibly beautiful moments on camera!
