When I first met Bruce and Mikaila back in April and heard their story, I knew I was in for something special. The two of them grew up together, started dating several years back, and are now finally getting married in August. They are also both currently English majors at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Like a good book, Bruce and Mikaila have a truly beautiful story. When I got them in front of the camera, their love came to life, and the result is absolutely breathtaking! For their engagement session, we walked all around UNC’s campus, stopping at different places that held special meaning for Bruce and Mikaila and their relationship. I had so much fun getting to know these two in front of and behind the camera! They seriously are perfect for each other in every way.
