Last month, I had the honor of photographing Sarah and Zack renew their vows to each other in a beautiful and intimate ceremony with their closest friends and family. Because Zack was in the process of transitioning out of the military when Sarah first reached out to me, we were unable to meet in person before their big day. Through countless emails and phone calls, I got to learn a lot about how the two of them met and fell in love. Sarah and Zack were high school sweethearts who fell in love and got married. They never had a wedding due to Zack being in the military. But after spending a long time apart during his deployment, they planned a vow renewal ceremony on their two year wedding anniversary. 

When I finally got to meet Sarah and Zack for the first time, it felt like reconnecting with old friends! They were so down-to-earth and welcoming, and honestly some of the most genuine people I have ever met. The love these two have for each other is something seriously special, and I’m so glad I got to witness it and capture it through my lens! Watching them interact throughout the day was so sweet and refreshing. Like two puzzle pieces, it was obvious these two were made for each other!

Sarah and Zack, your wedding day was some of the most fun I’ve had as a photographer, and I feel so blessed that I could be a part of such a special day for you two.
