Alex and Katelyn’s wedding was my very first time photographing a morning wedding, and let me just say, there’s something so different about it and I absolutely love it!
Leading up to their wedding, one thing that Katelyn kept mentioning over and over again to me was how important photography was to her on her wedding day (She actually works for a photography studio!). She wanted to be able to preserve and remember these moments for the rest of her life, and I was so honored that she chose me to do that for her! And I’m so glad I got to be there to witness their day because it was truly something special!
The week before their wedding was full of gross and rainy weather, but by the time their big day rolled around, there was hardly a cloud in the sky! Their wedding was held at Friendship Baptist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, where they celebrated with all their closest friends and family. Katelyn was the most relaxed bride (and a beautiful one at that!), and the way Alex looked at her was the sweetest thing! And of course, I teared up during their first look. Alex and Katelyn, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day – it was truly beautiful! I wish you all the best!
