Nicole and I went to high school together, so when I heard that she got engaged and wanted me to photograph her wedding, I was so thrilled! Nicole is such a sweet girl and she has the most infectious laugh, which I got to hear so much of during my time with her and Jimmy the other weekend for their engagement session! My favorite moments were when Nicole would start giggling and a huge grin would immediately appear across Jimmy’s face. The way he would look at her and joke around with her could not have been any sweeter! What I loved so much about my session with Jimmy and Nicole was being able to witness and capture just how perfect the two of them are for each other. They have a truly genuine kind of love!

Jimmy and Nicole are getting married next April (April Fools’ Day to be exact!) at The Cloth Mill in downtown Hillsborough, North Carolina, so we thought it was only fitting to do their engagement session at the beautiful Ayr Mount just down the road from their venue. The evening of their session was so beautiful – the weather (AND the couple) could not have been more perfect! I loved getting to know more about both Jimmy and Nicole and sharing in their excitement for their wedding day next year. Jimmy and Nicole, thank you again for trusting in me and for allowing me to capture this very special time in your lives! I seriously cannot wait for your big day next April- it’s going to be beautiful!
