I first met Julie and Jeremy while photographing Julie’s sister’s wedding earlier this year. Little did I know at that time that I would later be shooting their own wedding! It’s always such a treat when I get to work with the same families for weddings, especially when they’re as sweet as Julie’s family! I was greeted by smiles and hugs as soon as I walked through the doors of Julie’s mom’s lake house, where their wedding was held. Their celebration was brief, but packed with so much love for the bride and groom, and I loved being able to witness and capture it all through my lens!

Julie and Jeremy promised their lives to each other overlooking beautiful Lake Norman, surrounded by all of their closest friends and family, then they ended the night with a feast under the clear night sky and twinkling lights. Leading up to the wedding, Julie told me that she wanted to keep the day very simple, focusing on her and Jeremy and celebrating with all of their loved ones. It was such a sweet and intimate occasion and I could not be more honored to have been a part of it! Congratulations again, Mr. and Mrs. Pearce – I’m so excited for you both as you continue in your marriage!
