It’s not often that I get to work so closely with one of my couples for their wedding day as I did with Isaac and Kelcey for their wedding this year. Not only did I get to have them in front of my camera multiple times leading up to their big day, I also did all the calligraphy for their invitations and some of their reception decor. It’s so much fun getting to spend so much time with my clients and seeing their wedding unfold (and getting to finally capture it all in the end)! Isaac and Kelcey are such sweet and genuine people, and when they first began to tell me their story and all of their plans for their spring wedding, I knew I had to work with them! Sweet Kelcey has such a kind and gentle spirit and Isaac has a great sense of humor and the ability to make anybody laugh. Together, it’s as if they were made for each other!

Leading up to their wedding day, the forecast was looking a little less than promising. I knew how much thought, time, and effort Isaac and Kelcey had put into every little detail of their outdoor wedding celebration, so I prayed that the rain would hold up for this long-awaited day! The morning of their wedding, there was not a cloud in the sky and the day turned out to be perfect (and I’m not just talking about the weather)! Every single detail, from Kelcey’s vibrant bouquet to Isaac and Kelcey’s first few moments as husband and wife, were complete perfection. The joy that was felt by everyone filled every second of their day, and it was such a treat to get to capture such a vibrant and happy occasion!

Isaac and Kelcey, thank you so much for letting me come along on this exciting journey with you both! It has been such a pleasure getting to know you over the past year and to capture one of the most beautiful days of your lives. I wish you all the best as you continue your marriage!
