I’m so excited to be sharing this engagement session on the blog today, not only because of how beautiful it turned out, but also because of the amazing couple in the photos! Azer and Claire are just about the sweetest and most down-to-earth people you will ever meet, and I’m so glad they reached out to me last year while they were in search of a wedding photographer. I have loved getting to know these two more and hear how their love story unfolded by some crazy twists of fate! Claire grew up in Greensboro and Azer was actually born in Bosnia, but both of their paths crossed after they moved to Atlanta, Georgia. They met while at the gym, started dating, and now here they are, planning their wedding for later this year!

Azer and Claire were in town for the holidays, so we decided to take advantage of their time in North Carolina to do their engagement session! It was just a few days before Christmas, so the weather was freezing, but these two absolutely rocked it in the cold and created some absolutely stunning images together! Azer kept us laughing the whole entire time and Claire lit up every single photo with her radiant smile! We chatted about their September wedding, walked around the State Capitol in downtown Raleigh, and just had some fun taking photos!
