I met Hannah while in college at Appalachian State University. I was studying photography, and was in search for models for some upcoming projects. Hannah ended up working with me on several projects, and little did we know at the time that, years later, she would be in front of my camera one more time for her wedding day!
Ben and Hannah were married in the backyard of Ben’s family mountain house in Marshall, North Carolina, overlooking the French Broad River and the surrounding blue peaks of the Appalachian mountains. The day brought mild weather and the most amazing mountain breeze. They had a two day celebration: Friday was a small intimate ceremony and reception with their families and closest friends, then the next day was a bigger celebration at a local brewery with even more friends and family. Both days were so much fun, and simply beautiful.
Ben and Hannah, thank you so much again for letting me be a part of your special day and for trusting in me to capture these beautiful memories for you that you’ll cherish for the rest of your lives. It was such a blessing being present on your wedding day, and I know this is just the start of a beautiful marriage together! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson!
