It’s not every day that you get to photograph one of your childhood friends’ weddings, so when Hadley asked me to be a part of her and Ross’s special day, I was ecstatic! Hadley and I randomly ran into each other on the sidewalks of downtown Raleigh right before she and Ross got engaged, and we both agree that it was fate! Having known Hadley for a long time, I always admired how kind, friendly, and sweet she was, and seeing her around Ross only magnified all of these wonderful qualities about her, and that’s when I knew that they were absolutely perfect for each other!
Ross and Hadley were married at the Chapel of the Cross, which holds a lot of sentimental history for Hadley and her family. The two were surrounded by all of their closest friends and family as they vowed their lives to one another, then they continued the celebration with live music, lots of dancing, and great fellowship. This wedding was particularly fun for me as I got to reconnect with so many old friends! It was a day I will truly never forget, and I’m so thankful that I got to be a part of it!
Ross and Hadley, thank you so much again for allowing me to play such an important part on your wedding day. It has seriously been a joy getting to capture this new adventure for you both, and I cannot tell you how happy I am for you! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson!
