I wish everybody had the privilege of meeting Aidan and Lindsay! They are so incredibly sweet, down-to-earth, and meeting them for the first time for their engagement session felt like reconnecting with old friends. It was such a treat getting to photograph these two in one of my favorite places, and I am so excited to share all of my favorite moments here on the journal today!

When Lindsay came to me with the idea of doing their engagement session in the mountains, I was ecstatic! I leap at any chance to return to the mountains where I grew up, especially in the Fall! We decided to meet up at Black Balsam Knot right outside of Asheville. The autumn colors were the most vibrant shades of orange and red, and by the time we got to the very top of the mountain, we were lost in a sea of clouds and color. It was the most magical experience and getting to spend it with Aidan and Lindsay in front of my camera was just the icing on the cake!

Aidan and Lindsay, thank you so much for trusting in me to capture these beautiful memories for you both! I absolutely loved getting to spend time with you and cannot wait to do it all over again for your wedding day next year!
