James and Katie have a beautiful chemistry that was so much fun to watch unfold during our engagement session last weekend!

We truly could not have asked for more beautiful weather for their session, and the fall colors were just beginning to peek through! I had such a fun time wandering around Duke Gardens with these two, chatting about wedding plans, sharing funny stories, all while creating some seriously beautiful images together! I loved getting to know James and Katie more during this time, and I cannot wait to get to know them further as we lead up to their wedding day next year!
